THE ARIES POINT = 00* ARIES, LIBRA, CANCER, CAPRICORN

TNP = Transneptunian points (these are not the same as the recently discovered Transneptunian objects.)
The Aries Point is considered in the same way as the Transneptunian Points. It is the most personal as it denotes things like; public contact (for the native) with societal events, public awareness and a persons' reactions and possible interactions with and to their world and environs.
It is read and used like that also...it isn't a stand-alone player. All of the 4 points of the axis are a part of the whole in this delineation. Encompassing the whole 'societal view' of the native. An example: Using (90 degree and 360 degree charts) 00* Aries is opposite to 00* Libra (360 degree chart) 1* Neptune and-is the Midpoint of radix Saturn & Pluto (90 degree chart). The exact Midpoints of 00*Aries and 00* Libra is the axis 29* Gemini NN=29 Saggitarius / 28*Moon When dealing with the outside world; I see a cardinal personality able to lead and work for the greater good combined with the spirituality of Neptune, active, pro-active, balanced, structured, capable of handling crisis, takes the 'Long View', could Dig-in and complete something of public intent.
So what you get is an astrological perspective of how this person sees themselves in the "Big Picture" or how they are seen. Depending on the other chart factors you would get a sense of the psychology of the person when dealing with the outside world.
If I was looking at this in a persons chart I would also note the placement and aspects of the Asteroid Psyche #16. Psyche would add The more localized, personal, psychological tendencies of the person.
